Analytical Model for Thermally Stimulated Current from Ion Implanted Polymer

Abstract
Corrlelations between thermally stimulated current(TSC) and ion mobility, vacancy, and trapped carrier density have been obtained from Ion Implanted Polymer by analytical model of Gaussian distribution. As an analytical model, we approximated the
Gaussian distribution of implanted ion sample to isosceles triangle shaped distribution In the case of open circuit method, the maximum TSC intensity is related with surface charge density and it has opposite current direction to trapped
carrier's
For
the short cirtuit method, the maximum TSC intensity is proportional to ion mobility. Free carrier's life time, and the square of surface charge density are also proportional to the maximum TSC intensity.
